Mario and Simona, the two goldsmiths owners of the firm “Oromania Gioielli snc”, got a diploma at the Art Institute of Chieti. Later Mario has moved to Valenza (AL), the international centre of jeweller’s craft. He stayed here for six years to specialize in the goldsmith sector and in this period, working in many firms, he has gained great experience in building jewels. On the contrary, Simona has moved to Arezzo, another centre in the van of goldsmith’s art, working in a firm, too. Later she has attend in Rome a training course for goldsmith’s designer, to perfect her knowledge about jewel’s design. In 1999 she joined Mario in Valenza and she passed there three years in a jeweller’s workshop (specialized in setting precious stones).Mario and Simona have seen their love grow up together with their love for this interesting and mysterious job till they decided, in 2002, to come back in Abruzzo with their fund of experience and to open the goldsmith’s workshop “Oromania Gioielli”.
